How to order

This is a showroom, not a checkout

You can browse collections, configure products that exist in our catalogue, and see prices. You cannot pay on this website, add items to a basket, or place an order automatically.

An enquiry is a request for us to come back to you. It is not an order, not a reservation of stock, and not a contract.

The usual sequence

1. Choose and configure the product you are considering.

2. Send an enquiry from the product page or the Contact page. Tell us the collection, the configuration, and anything about access or timing that might affect delivery.

3. We confirm specification, availability, delivery method and the commercial total — including any delivery charge — before you are asked to agree an order.

4. If you want to proceed, the order is agreed separately in writing. We will not take a card payment through this website.

Prices you see

Where a price is shown, it is the price for that selected product. Where it is marked as including VAT, that is how the figure is stored in our catalogue. Delivery is not included in the product figure unless we expressly say so on that page.

We confirm the payable total, including delivery, before any order is agreed.
